We begin by creating a deep foundation of safety. You’ll learn how to speak your nervous system’s language (sensation) and begin building the capacity to successfully discharge stored stress. You’ll understand what’s really happening when you’re triggered—and how to meet those moments with skill, compassion, and agency. This is where real rewiring begins.
Module Two
Clearing and Releasing — How Stress and Trauma Leave the Body
Here we dive into how stored survival stress gets stuck in the body—and more importantly, how to effectively "let it go". (Hint: the "how" is unique to your nervous system-- that's why exercises and formulas haven't fully worked). You’ll be guided through your personal somatic pathways to release what’s been held for far too long. This is the turning point where stuck energy begins to move, and your system starts to come back online with clarity and focus.
Module Three
Healthy Boundaries — And The Medicine of Anger
If you’ve never thought about anger as medicine—it’s time to meet your healthy fight response. Your "fight" energy isn’t meant to be stuffed or stored in the body, but felt and contacted as a resource that supports your inner knowing of what’s right for you (and what’s not). You’ll experience how to set clear boundaries from an internally resourced place—not from shutdown or survival.
Module Four
Wiring in the New You — A Healthy Response to Stress
This is where integration happens. You’ll learn how to stabilize a new nervous system baseline so that calm, confidence, and joy become your default—not your peak state. We’ll also unhook the mindset traps that keep you cycling in stress, so you can step into real, lasting change and create a life that feels not just manageable—but deeply good.
